Questions
Where does the data come from?
From the City of Calgary open data portal: 'Building Permits' (dataset c2es-76ed), used under the Open Government Licence – City of Calgary. Every row links back to its City record.
What are early leads?
Applications filed with the City that are not issued yet (in review, on hold or pending). They show you a project weeks before its permit, so you can reach the builder or owner early. When the permit is issued, it appears again in that week's issued permits.
Is it really free?
Yes. The first 4 weeks are free. After that it's $29/month if you want to keep it. No card is needed now.
How do I unsubscribe?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply "stop", or write to aurelix_solutions@outlook.com, and we'll take you off the list.
Is personal data included?
No. Contractor and applicant names are shown only for businesses; private individuals are never named, and descriptions are cut to the scope of work, without phone numbers or emails.
